Many leading figures in the Principality gathered for another exciting and enlightening networking event hosted by Monaco resident and UK qualified psychotherapist, executive and leadership coach Gavin Sharpe. Titled ‘How To Be an Exceptional Business Leader in Extraordinary Times’, the topical talk was a success.
The fully sold-out event at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo on Tuesday, November 14, was sponsored by Savills Monaco, with the Monaco real estate agency’s own leader, Irene Luke, in attendance.
After a very welcome and healthy lunch organised in collaboration with Club Vivanova, the business coach Sharpe took to the microphone to address leadership in a modern age, where four generations, from baby boomers to generation Z, are working together for the first time. Challenges facing today’s business world are extraordinary, as we are living in a more connected, faster-paced and technologically-driven society. In his insightful talk, Sharpe showed us how we can be better leaders in this ever-evolving world.
