I am a former lawyer, entrepreneur, therapist, and executive and leadership coach. I work with others to enable them to unlock their potential. I believe within all of us lies the resources to live the life that we were born capable of living.

I partner with organisations to assist them develop and implement executive coaching and leadership programs.  I empower senior leaders including CEOs, main board directors and other key executives ignite performance.  Research shows when we flourish in our careers, our wellbeing improves.

I combine my years of experience as an entrepreneur and CEO together with my training and experience as an executive coach to offer a tailor-made approach. My philosophy is simple. I thrive when my clients thrive.

As human beings, we are 99.9 percent identical on a genetic level. My fascination with the 0.1% difference is what gets me out of bed each day. When we discover the essence of ourselves, we honour our soul’s calling. This has become my life’s work.
